Ordering Instructions
1. Choose your package:
Choose from one of our many products to bring your memories to life.
2. Choose your Photographs and Video:
Choose the photographs and/or videos that you would like in your DVD. Note: Try to choose photos that are in focus and clean. Poor quality photographs can alter the outcome or your project. Check out our Restoration Services.
3. Arrange your Photographs and Video:
Please number the photos on the back using a sticky note in the order you would like them shown. Use our video editing log to organize your video/s in the order you like you them shown.
4. Choose your music selection:
Please provide us with the song title and artist name. Happy Thoutz Productions adheres to the Music and Publishing Copyright laws. If you would like to use a song from a CD you have purchased, you must mail in the original CD. Happy Thoutz Productions will return the original CD with your order. If you do not own the song (s) that you want in your order, Happy Thoutz Productions will purchase it online for you.
5. How to Package your Materials:
Pack all of your photographs and video carefully. Place your organized photographs and video in separate zip lock bag and make sure they are sealed.
6. Mail it To Us:
Click on the Order form button. Print the form, sign and send your materials along with the form to the address below.

7. Confirmation:
Once we receive your package, one of our sale associates will contact you by email or phone to ensure we’re creating the DVD you envisioned.
8. Our Turnaround Time:
Happy Thoutz Productions will create and send your order within 5 business days (not including shipping time). If your project is a large complex order it may take a couple more days. If our turnaround time will be longer than 5 business days, a sales associate will contact you immediately upon receiving your materials.
9. When your product is completed, you’ll receive either an email or phone call to notify you of its completion and shipment. If a tracking number is applicable, you will be provided with one.
